Refund and Returns Policy
At PMB Motor Spares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and returns process. Please read the following terms carefully.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- The return must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@pmbmotorspares.com with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products may not be eligible for returns, such as:
- Customized or special order parts.
- Items that have been used or installed.
- Products not in their original condition.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
